Our Packaging

Step 1: Inspect and Wrap Eggs Individually

We carefully inspect each individual egg for cracks or defects.

We Wrap each egg individually using shock-absorbent foam to cushion and protect against impact, ensuring the foam is snug around each egg, but not tight enough to cause pressure.

Step 2: Secure Eggs in Egg Box

We place the wrapped eggs securely into the designated egg box compartments.

We add a layer of bubble wrap over the top of the eggs for added protection. We then seal the egg box firmly to prevent any movement inside.

Step 3: Wrap Egg Box and Prepare Shipping Box Base

We wrap the sealed egg box in a layer of bubble wrap to provide a second layer of cushioning.

We then place some air column filler in the bottom of the outer shipping box to absorb any shocks from below.

Step 4: Fill Sides and Top with Air Column Filler

The bubble-wrapped egg box is placed into the center of the outer box.

We then pack in air column fillers to pad all sides and the top of the egg box to immobilize it and prevent internal shifting during transit.

Step 5: Seal and Label the Outer Box

• The box then is closed, and we use strong packing tape to seal all edges.

The box is clearly labelled with “HATCHING EGGS – HANDLE WITH CARE” and “FRAGILE” stickers on all sides.
