We take great care in getting your hatching eggs to you safely and quickly.

Shipping Cost: 24hr Tracked is £4.99, with free shipping on orders over £25.

Dispatch times: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday to avoid potential delays over the weekend. We aim to ship within 1-3 working days of your order.

Packaging: All eggs are packed in safe, padded packaging , clearly labelled as fragile to prevent damage in transit. We've had great feedback on our packaging and take pride in how securely your order is prepared. (for more info see 'our packaging')

Return Policy

We do not offer replacements or refunds.

Due to the many variables involved in the hatching process, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for hatching eggs. Factors such as incubator settings, temperature fluctuations, humidity levels, handling during transit, and individual hatching techniques can all significantly impact hatch rates—many of which are beyond our control once the eggs leave our care.

We do our part by:

-Collecting only fresh, fertile eggs from healthy breeding stock.

-Carefully inspecting and packaging eggs to ensure they are shipped in the best possible condition.

-Including extra eggs with each order to help offset any potential losses.

We understand that hatching can be unpredictable, and while we strive to provide the highest quality eggs, we appreciate your understanding of the inherent risks involved.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a partial credit or replacement at our discretion. If you believe your situation warrants review, please contact us with clear details and photos within 24 hours of receiving your order.
